Yin & Candlelight Yin Yoga

A slow-placed class where postures are held for three to six minutes that may incorporate props for alignment and support. Typically a quieter practice, meditative practice where students are able to calm the nerves and let go of tensions in the body. Evening classes may be candlelit.

Strength

A more active practice focused on building core and upper body strength while improving flexibility. Beginners welcome.

Restorative

A soft practice aimed at increasing relaxation and reducing stress. Soothing music and supportive props help you refresh.

YogaLab

An evolving sequence exploring beauty and science found in yoga. With variations on poses offered for those preferring a gentle or
moderate practice. Beginners and ongoing practitioners are welcome in this friendly and supportive class.

Class Descriptions:

Yin Yoga

RISE

A nourishing practice that uses gentle flow to give you an uplifting start to your day. Provides a supportive environment with modifications offered. Appropriate for beginners and expanding practitioners.

Soft Chair Yoga

Seated-only class that is great for beginners, seniors, or disabilities. This chair class is a great way to slowly develop strength and flexibility. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Guided Meditation for Stress and Anxiety

Meditation is a practical tool for coping with life and nurturing personal growth. The benefits of meditation include; reducing discomfort, finding perspective, and relief from stress.
