Instructor & Founder
Ascension is a school of professional scuba, freedive, and yoga instructors. Not just for the athletes or the spiritual, our school is founded on the belief that diving and yoga should be widely accessible. Everyone should be able to experience the tranquillity that can be found in all three disciplines. Though we place an emphasis on refining technique through relaxation, skills are not used without first being rooted in practical application and scientific foundation.
Whether Scuba or Freediving, we have quality gear from Salvimar and Cressi for rent!
From just a single dive all the way to expert, we are proud to offer full NAUI Scuba and PADI Freediver curriculum.

It was an amazing Independence Day weekend spent exploring the wrecks Key Largo has to offer. We concluded Sunday with a night dive to see the turtles!
A beautiful historic city surrounded by lush jungle. We spent one month freediving the beautiful cenotes while completing our AIDA 4 and PADI crossover.
Our next dive trip will be to visit the magical beach town of Dahab, Egypt. Train with us over the world-famous Blue Hole!
